What we can help with
- Mistakes and broken links. If a product has sold out, a link no longer works or a description looks wrong, tell us which page it is on and we will put it right.
- Makers. If you make things by hand in the UK and would like your work considered for one of our guides, send a link to your shop and a line about how you make it. There is no fee to be included.
- Your personal data. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, read our privacy policy and then send us a message.
- Partnerships and press. Shops, affiliate networks and journalists are welcome to get in touch. Our affiliate disclosure explains how we work with partners.
Questions about an order
We do not sell products ourselves. Every product link on this site takes you to the shop or maker that sells it, so questions about an order, delivery, a return or a refund need to go to that shop. Their contact details will be on your order confirmation email, and your consumer rights are with them as the seller. If a shop we link to has let you down, we would still like to hear about it, because it helps us decide what to recommend.
